Family with children will love it

We had a great time, especially with the location – it couldn't get more perfect for New Year’s Eve! The staff was so friendly, like Brenda from the front desk, who went out of her way to help us out after our long journey, offering us some homemade yogurt when we were feeling low, that really made our stay feel like home!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for the experience.

my stay at hyatt place was great! the king room on the high floor was spacious and spotlessly clean. loved the breakfast, which had plenty of options to fuel my day. it’s a short walk to downtown, making it perfect for exploring. the staff was super welcoming and friendly.

The Hyatt Place Boise/Downtown features a chic, modern decor that made me feel very welcome. The hotel is easily accessible, with spacious elevators and wide hallways that accommodated my mobility needs comfortably during my stay.

More assistance with luggage for seniors would help.

A beautiful hotel located in the heart of downtown, my family enjoyed a quiet and comfortable Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The swimming pool was a hit, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying, with a helpful staff member promptly refilling the hot water dispenser. Cleanliness was impressive, and the unique water bottle filling stations were a great touch.

Centrally located and minutes from the state capitol. The King Room on a high floor had a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a private bathroom. The breakfast had efficient buffet options, and the outdoor pool was a nice touch. Very friendly staff and drinking fountains with bottle filling features are a plus!

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

I loved the central location. it was easy to explore downtown Boise. The room was spacious and very clean, making for a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of delicious options, which was a great start to the day. However, I wish the parking fees were mentioned upfront, as the $10 charge caught me by surprise.
